What to expect?
This course won’t eliminate fight, flight or freeze responses entirely. You’ll still experience these unpleasant reactions, as they are a normal, natural part of life. However, this course will give you the tools to escape prolonged states of threat and defense, which are neither normal nor natural. You will learn to recognize these responses more quickly and exit them more efficiently, helping you avoid getting stuck in the future.
Getting unstuck requires more time, effort, and resources than you might expect or desire. You'll need to dig deep into the well of courage within your heart and push past your previous limits of fear. It's not easy, but it's worth it. Humans are wired to tackle hard things, and you are stronger than you realize. Your courage and faith will be tested; be prepared for challenges along the way.

I mostly enjoyed the actionable tips we can include daily to help regulate our emotions. Also, she shared a guided video meditation, that I found helpful. I will do the recommender exercises for a month daily now and report back if I see any changes :)
