One of our community sisters introduced me to CDB oil many years for my insomnia and it really helped me back then. Recently Dr Robin reminded me to try to it again and it helped me to sleep through the night.
Anyone have any experience with Ashwaghanda? I find that it has been calming for me. I recently found out you shouldn’t be taking it for too long periods of time but I haven’t found any studies or data about long term use.
