Art meets poetry
Thank you dear Pia and Melanie for showing us the beauty of connection that emerges when we open and share our hearts.
What do you see? What do you feel? How do the words and images touch you?
Pia’s Poem
On the tip of my tongue
On the tip of my tongue
Lies a song,
It’s the song of my grandmothers, my sisters
A song unsung for hundred of years
It tastes of salty tears
Enough to fill entire ocean
With waves that voice for us
As they break on the shore
Only to rise up once more
In a single motion
Carrying the strength and love of the ocean
Don’t you hear
the waves, singing for us,
as they break upon the shore,
only to rise up once more?
