Looking for an osteopath or any other specialist who can help with back pain - do you know anybody?
Hello! I have been going to the same osteopath for years but she recently changed career and her replacement isn’t quite cutting it. Have you had good experiences getting treated for your back pain or any other chronic pain? If so please share the contact below 🙏 thank you 😊
PS if anybody else has chronic pain let’s talk about it please, I feel so alone sometimes going around with my bad back everyday.

I suffered for many years with chronic pain. Dr Kleinhans am Stiegelmaierplaz and his wife can help. He sadly only speaks German though. He uses cannabis drops and accupuncture to treat pain and uses western medicine as or when is needed. His wife does pressure point therapy. I am yet to find good physios here. I go monthly to a Thai lady for my tension release and reset. There is an Amercian Chiro in Pullach I have been meaning to try out.
Back pain is often linked to supressed anger from past trauma. I can suggest Somatic therapy and Trauma intergration. But its also important to rule out other physical causes too. Feel free to dm me.
