3. I think it would be nice to do some sports together in a community?
I also saw that Essanem has done a training on building social initiatives/ business that make the outdoor space more accessible for BIPOC so I think that’ll be a good fit
1. How/if/when to have difficult conversations and how to deal with confrontation in community in a way that important issues are addressed, but everyone is also respected and there is as much room for curiosity and kindness as possible. I don't experience many issues with this here but I think they're important skills just in case :)
