This was my second time at the workshop and it was a completely different experience than the first time around. I came into the workshop feeling pretty tired but also anxiously restless. The first round of breathing started and I felt I could not keep up with the recommended breathing but I tried to push through, which did not really work well. However after what felt like 10 min a peacefulness came over my body and I let go of the breathing and rested for the rest of the workshop, which was the first time in a couple of weeks that I actually felt peaceful.
