Please join us for our yoga therapy class. Our teacher is Bitta from https://www.lovelysita.com. We are using our funding to cover the costs. So the class is free for those of us that are unemployed/low income and donation based for the employed. The donations will help pay for more classes.

Please arrive 10mins before the class start time. Please wear loose clothing.
Please bring a yoga mat. I can borrow one for you if you don’t have one.
