What do I do with my white privilege?

I am happy to share with you that Maria Beimborn, a trauma skilled therapist and a passionate anti-racism educator is facilitating  a series of anti racism workshops for us. 

The first workshop gave everyone the opportunity to understand what racism truly is, and explore own defensive responses about racism. Learning to get comfortable with the discomfort about racism, is an important first step. 

In this workshop, Maria will discuss and offer guidance on further understanding white privilege, examples of how it shows up in your behaviours, what to do about it to ensure you are not unintentionally being harmful and how to actively choose anti-racist actions. Some topics from the first workshop will also be revised for everyone's benefit.
