About the event

Our Nervous System and Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Ines

In this Trauma Sensitive Yoga workshop we will take a look at the autonomic nervous system, especially on the parasympathetic part, which is responsible for our regeneration and relaxation. We will see which aspects influence our nervous system and how we can create awareness for more self-regulation and an overall state of well-being.After this short theoretical part, a practical Trauma Sensitive Yoga class will follow. This yoga class is for everyone (no yoga experience is required). We will go through different asanas (body positions) that are stabilizing, supporting our parasympathetic nervous system and helping us to connect with our body and mind.Ines is a yoga teacher from Weilheim, running her own little yoga studio (Soul Movement Yoga).
