About the event
Our support group meetings are a place where you'll discover that you're not alone in your challenges. When we share, we're met with nods of "me too," and support from others in the meeting. Having our experiences validated is comforting and gives us peace and acceptance. Together, we find solace, we make sense of our emotions, and we remind each other of our strength.
We each bring our perspectives and knowledge gained from our own experiences. We share our learnings and practise emotional regulation exercises together.
We also share laughter and tears, creating moments of beautiful connection with each other.
We each suggest topics for discussion in the meeting.
Meeting Guidelines:
1. We will suggest and vote on topics at the meeting. If you have an idea now or would like to facilitate the meeting, please let Preshika know.
