Join us for our monthly Support Group Meeting, where our focus for our meetings is sharing and learning from each other, and the resources we use for learning. We do not discuss details about our personal trauma at the meetings. If you need to talk about this, please speak to Preshika directly.

About the event
1. We will suggest and vote on topics at the meeting. If you have an idea now, please let Preshika know.
- Sharing our experiences on the topics.
- Grounding and mindfulness exercises
2. We will also have our Somatic Tuning Board for use during the meeting.
3. Meeting size is max 5. The event will add you to a waitlist if the max has been reached. You will be notified when a place becomes available.
Due to the rising Covid infection rates, we are requesting a negative covid home test to attend all our community activities/events. Please send a photo of your negative test to Preshika before arriving at the meeting. Thank you :)
