Essenam is back to share more teachings and wisdom with us! This time, we will venture into nature and enjoy rituals that nourish our collective spirit, while fostering a personal connection to nature's creative forces.
Benefits of ritual work for communities include strengthening bonds, and enhancing collective understanding of ourselves and our community. These rituals will also connect us with our inner selves, guide us in our paths, and provide a source of strength amid challenges.
This workshop includes a ritual called "medicine walk" in nature, where we each explore nature with a deeper question to find out what wisdom nature has to offer us...
If the weather is not conducive to an outdoor trip, we will move the workshop indoors and inform you of the change in topics.
