About the event
This gathering offers a somatic, heart-centered space for our BIPOC sisters to reconnect with ancestral wisdom, embodied memory, and lineage support. Through guided practices, reflection, and shared presence, we will explore how ancestry lives within our bodies as resource, resilience, and medicine.
Together, we honour the strength carried through our lineages while tending to intergenerational wounds with care and in community. This workshop invites remembrance, and reconnection — cultivating deeper belonging to self, to our ancestors, to each other and to life itself.
