About the event

In our supportive and safe community space, we will learn and practise various mindfulness exercises with emphasis on calm and stability.  

As trauma survivors, we know too well the discomfort or disconnect from sensations in our bodies, the constant mental chatter and the struggle to experience stillness of mind and body.

Lia will show us trauma informed practises that are gentle for our nervous system, helping us to find calm and stability.
