How to be anti-racist

I am happy to share with you that Maria Beimborn, a trauma skilled therapist and a passionate anti-racism educator will be facilitating a series of workshops for us. This is the first workshop.

Recognising that each of us comes with varying levels of understanding when it comes to anti-racism, Maria agreed to design the agenda based on our needs. Learning to be anti-racist is also an ongoing process of learning and unlearning, so it’s great to be able to co-create an agenda that encompasses the range of topics and discussions that are most meaningful to you.

I want to emphasise that this workshop is intended solely for our white community sisters. It is crucial that we create a space that is both safe and courageous, allowing our white community sisters to freely express their feelings and thoughts without the concern or fear that they may inadvertently cause harm or offense…
