About the event

Join us to experience the power of Clarity Breathwork 🌬️. Led by Jeanne Surmont, a trauma and art therapist, and our community advisor 🌟. This gentle yet profound technique consciously connects breaths, facilitating a deeper awareness of the body and the present moment 🧘‍♀️. It softens defense mechanisms, allowing unconscious material to surface and maybe be resolved, leading to heart-centered integration and healing 💖. Each breath journey is unique, so come without any expectations as Jeanne will hold us in whatever comes up. With her expertise, we can feel safe and supported 🤗.

The practice entails a gentle, continuous in-and-out breath for 4 x 15-minute sessions 🌬️.

Jeanne explains it in more depth here:  https://www.jeannesurmont.com/english/alternative-psychotherapy/breathwork/

Read some of our sisters' thoughts from previous sessions:

🌼 "If I had read the details in the class description, I probably would not have come, and now I am so happy I came because I never had such an experience in my life before. I felt a sensation in my body that has been numb since my surgery."

🌟 "I was able to receive the answers I was looking for because I felt a sense of deep peace."

💖 "I was reminded of the love I share with someone very special to me."

😊 "I was taken on a journey to see and create the meaning of joy and re-experienced moments from the last days with this new learned feeling of joy."
