Join us to experience the power of Clarity Breathwork 🌬️. Led by Jeanne Surmont, a trauma and art therapist, and our community advisor 🌟. This gentle yet profound technique consciously connects breaths, facilitating a deeper awareness of the body and the present moment 🧘♀️. It softens defense mechanisms, allowing unconscious material to surface and maybe be resolved, leading to heart-centered integration and healing 💖. Each breath journey is unique, so come without any expectations as Jeanne will hold us in whatever comes up. With her expertise, we can feel safe and supported 🤗.
The practice entails a gentle, continuous in-and-out breath for 4 x 15-minute sessions 🌬️.
