About the event
Lia Feraren, a Somatic experiencing therapist and our community advisor will guide us in this transformative workshop.
In our safe and supportive community space, we’ll learn tools for sustenance and repair in our relationships. We’ll explore how to connect to joy and deepen out connections.
Lia will guide us to nurture the good, relaying our needs and beginning anew after a disagreement or conflict has happened. This helps us build lasting and deep healthy bonds and allowing for repair to occur.
Please know this is not a trauma workshop. There will be no discussion of traumatisation.
