Let’s learn and practice breath work together! Breath work practices help to reduce anxiety, regulate emotions, reduce blood pressure, release stress, aid deep sleep, increase mental focus and clarity and much more. Jeanne Surmont, trauma and art therapist and our community advisor is our teacher.

About the event
Breath work has recently become trendy but it’s been part of African, Asian and South American cultures since the beginning of time! Jeanne will guide us through a meditation to start and then show us and lead us through a breath work practice. The class is free for those of us that are not working or low income and donation based for the employed.
NB. This class is not recommended for those who have tried meditation and it led to severe anxiety and PTSD symptoms.
