A community ritual led by Essenam and Anna to guide us to release what no longer serves us and to renew the best parts of ourselves, for us and the world around us.
When the world feels heavy and we’re carrying our own personal challenges, coming together in community can help us reflect, find clarity and take action again. This is the spirit of our Release & Renew Ritual
Together we will create a supportive space to reflect on the patterns we are ready to break - both in our personal lives and in the wider world - and to set intentions for the future we wish to step into.
The event will also include a somatic dance - moving not from the mind, but from the body. Through movement, music, and shared presence, we will give space for
our bodies to release what they have been holding and open…
