Exploring Workshop Ideas

I wanted to share some of the feedback we received from our community celebration when we opened up a conversation about possible workshop ideas. One of the suggestions was reconnecting with our sexuality and sensuality.

Life can get busy. Between work, parenting, stress, caregiving, and everyday responsibilities, it's easy to lose touch with that side of ourselves. Not because it disappears, but because it often gets pushed aside.

This raises an important question for us as a community:

What does it mean to reconnect with sensuality in a way that feels safe, supported, and non-pressured? And what kinds of workshops could meaningfully support that process?

Below are some directions and ideas that emerged from that conversation:

Dance & Movement

What resonates with you?

  • Belly Dance

  • Pole-Dancing

  • Hip-hop dance

  • Burlesque

I think this is a great idea 😊. I recently started going to this sensual bollywood dance class and it feels really good to connect with my body. Looking forward to a burlesque session!

Thank you for this post and what a great idea. I’ve been wanting to dance more and especially sensually. My interest in the past years has been a lot around sacred sexuality and feminine sexuality. My own background in tantric yoga and working with our sexual Eberhard has been a big focus since 2019. it’s an important topic and I am glad that we are opening up the shave for this.
