I needed to share my psychiatrist: they speak English and Farsi as well. They don’t have good reviews and I guess that’s why there are slots available, I found them a bit chaotic too 😆 but in the end a diagnosis is a diagnosis. I managed to have appointements quickly. I had my diagnosis last week, had called them first in August.

I have neither Autism nor ADHD, so I can’t speak about the quality of care in those cases.

I found her to be respectful and not quick to „pathologize“ which I appreciated.

Waiting time is around 6 months

I have a friend who is in great need of psychological therapy, she is a divorced mother of 2 kids who has had a very thought time after her divorce. She speaks German, Arabic, Italian too. She had already been in the hospital many times due to stress conditions. She can't seem to find therapy that is available soon. She also does not have many financial resources so she needs all the help she can get. If anyone has any information on how to help her, please let me know. Thanks 🙏🏽
