FAQ about our weekend getaway to Schloss Leitheim
Can I come for only one night?
Sorry it’s only possible to come for both the Friday and Saturday night
Can I travel at any time or make my own way on Friday to the hotel?
Please see the event schedule. We depart at 11h00 on Friday. Based on the experiences of previous years, we would prefer keeping everyone together as one group. It negatively impacted different aspects of the weekend when people traveled separately at different times. If you have challenges with taking the train together with us and would rather drive, please arrive by 15h00 at the hotel. But please ask Preshika first 🙏🏽
How much should I budget for food?
The breakfast will be 10-15 per person. It is a buffet with absolutely everything and is delicious! Last year we ate enough for lunch too 😂 For dinner everyone is free to go to the nearby towns so you can choose something for your budget. We will cover taxi costs for the dinner.
Can I organise a group activity?
Yes! Walks, creative time together - feel free!
Will this be an alcohol free weekend like our other community events?
Yes - this is a zero alcohol weekend. We ask that everyone respect this rule and not consume any alcohol privately or with the group.
