About the event
1. We will also suggest and vote on topics at the meeting. If you have an idea now, please let Preshika know.
- Sharing our experiences on the topics.
- Grounding and mindfulness exercises
2. We will also have our Somatic Tuning Board for use during the meeting.
3. Meeting size is max 6. The event will add you to a waitlist if the max has been reached. You will be notified when a place becomes available.
4. We do not discuss details about our personal trauma at the meetings. If you need to talk about this, please speak to Preshika directly.
